Coconut water, mango and pineapple smoothie recipe


Combining mango, pineapple, banana and coconut water, this smoothie has the most delicious tropical flavour.


A super simple recipe from Jeanette’s Healthy Living, it only needs a handful of fresh ingredients and it’s ready in just 5 minutes.



The perfect way to beat the heat, this refreshing drink couldn’t be easier to throw together on hot summer afternoons.

Serves: 2 people


Ingredients: 

1 mango, peeled & chopped

100g pineapple, peeled & chopped

1 banana, peeled & chopped

120ml coconut water

Lime juice, to taste

Ice


Instructions:

  1. Prepare all your fruits by removing the peel and chopping it into chunks.

  2. Put all your ingredients in a blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.



Storage tips

We recommend drinking this smoothie straight away.
