Summer recipes don’t get much fresher than these fruit and yogurt parfaits by The School House Bed and Breakfast.
Incredibly simple to make, and easy to adapt with whatever fruit you have lying around, it makes the perfect breakfast, snack or dessert.
This fruity treat is the best way to start any summer day!
Overview:
Prep time: 15 minutes
Serves: 6 people
Ingredients:
Granola, to taste
420g chopped fruit (like mango, kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, grapes, pears, peaches, blueberries, etc.)
230g yogurt (vanilla, lemon or strawberry)
Instructions:
Put a layer of fruit in 6 glasses or jars.
Add a layer of granola on top.
Add a layer of yogurt on top.
Repeat each layer so you end with yogurt on top.
Garnish with slices of fruit, then serve.
Storage tips
