Ingredients

570g watermelon, cubed

1⅓ small passion fruits, pulp only

76g fresh ginger, chopped

280g ice cubes

200ml water

Preparation

  1. Take the watermelon chunks, passion fruit pulp, ginger, water and ice, and throw them into a blender.

  2. Blend for around 30 seconds, until everything is smooth and thoroughly mixed.

  3. Serve straightaway, garnished with passion fruit pulp or mint leaves.



Tips

To store: We recommend drinking this juice straightaway, but you can keep it in an airtight container in the fridge for 24 hours.
