Pavlova with winter fruits Recipe

This dessert is so light and refreshing, and perfectly sweet too.

It can be super easy to throw together, if you opt for a couple of store-bought ingredients, then simply top it with the delicious fruit from your EroeGo box.

Ingredients

1 pack store-bought meringues

1 jar store-bought lemon curd

Whipped cream

1 grapefruit, peeled and sliced

1 ripe persimmon, peeled and sliced

1/2 pomegranate, seeded




Preparation

  1. Take the meringues out of the pack and place them on a serving plate.

  2. Spoon some lemon curd into the middle of each meringue.

  3. Top the curd with some whipped cream, then add the grapefruit, orange and persimmon slices on top.

  4. Sprinkle the pomegranate seeds on top of that, and serve the desserts straight away.
