Ingredients
2 persimmons, washed & chopped with the top & stem removed
475ml almond milk
1.5 frozen bananas
2 dates, pitted
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Put most of the persimmon slices in a blender with the almond milk, bananas, dates, turmeric, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Blend until it reaches the consistency you’d like.
Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the remaining persimmon slices. We recommend also adding some coconut flakes and pomegranate seeds before serving.

To store: We recommend eating this smoothie bowl straight away.
