Vegan desserts don’t get much simpler than this sorbet from Oldways.

Packed full of fresh fruit, with added flair from the selection of spices, it’ll be a real hit around the dinner table.
Perfect for a hot day, it’s so refreshing that one bowl will never be enough!

Serves: 4 people
Ingredients:
250ml cold water
60g ice
1 piece fresh ginger (optional)
Agave (optional)
120g fresh passion fruit
85g fresh guava
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Put the ginger and water in a food processor. Blend until the ginger is finely chopped.
Add the ice, agave, fruit, cloves, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla.
Blend until it reaches your desired consistency. Do not mix your sorbet.
Serve your sorbet straight away, or put it in the freezer to enjoy later.
Storage tips
Once you’ve made your sorbet, put it in an airtight container and keep it in the freezer for up to three days.
